Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrator role located in Sargodha. The Administrator will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating and implementing office procedures, supporting the office staff, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. The Administrator will also ensure the smooth operation of the office by managing schedules, planning meetings, and providing general support to visitors and staff.

Qualifications

  • Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Office Management Software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle Confidential Information with Discretion
  • Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving skills
  • Relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
