Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bahawalpur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to meet sales and revenue targets. The role includes negotiations, closing deals, and working closely with the marketing and creative teams to align client needs with company offerings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and meet sales targets
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing and Market Research
  • Knowledge of Graphic Design, Web Development, and UI/UX Design is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
