Position Summary:

We are looking for a qualified HVAC Supervisor with a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical/HVAC and solid industry experience. The selected candidate will oversee HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities while leading a team of technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate HVAC technicians in daily operations.
  • Plan and schedule preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
  • Review technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
  • Assist in troubleshooting complex HVAC issues and provide technical guidance.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
  • Manage tools, equipment, and HVAC material inventory.
  • Prepare and maintain work reports, maintenance logs, and schedules.
  • Collaborate with other departments for smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical/HVAC or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5+ years of HVAC industry experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

· · Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and installation/maintenance standards.

· · Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

· · Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
