We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team and bring in quality projects through the Upwork platform.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Proactively bid on relevant projects on Upwork to secure work.

Understand client requirements and craft tailored, winning proposals.

Maintain regular communication with potential clients and follow up on submitted proposals.

Collaborate with the production team to understand service offerings and create accurate quotes.

Track and report bidding performance and conversion rates.

*Requirements:*

Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder (minimum 6 months–2 years preferred).

Strong understanding of Upwork's bidding process, algorithms, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Ability to understand technical requirements and prepare persuasive proposals.

Self-motivated with a result-driven mindset.

Willing to work in Night Shift.

Male candidates preferred.
