Product Listing Executive:

This position combines operational efficiency with attention to detail, requiring collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless product presentation and customer experience on app and website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Categorization and Onboarding: Manage the onboarding of products into PIM systems by product categories and internal product groupings
  • Build and update the sales catalog in alignment with the seasonal floor sets.
  • Create and manage accurate, compelling product listings across various online platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
  • Write engaging product titles and descriptions aligned with brand voice
  • Upload and organize high-quality product images
  • Optimize listings using relevant keywords and SEO best practices
  • Coordinate with design, inventory, and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate listings
  • Monitor listings performance and suggest improvements based on analytics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in e-commerce or omni-channel retail roles.
  • Experience in product listing for fashion e-commerce platforms
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to navigate e-commerce platforms and systems effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous focus on product accuracy and consistency
