Employment Type: Onsite (Full-Time Internship)

xiHawks is looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn about client acquisition, sales strategy, and market research in a professional tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Support the development of outreach strategies and client proposals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or currently enrolled).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools will be a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
