EduFly Consultants is a trusted overseas education consultancy, with a strong specialization in UK higher education. We partner with leading UK universities and provide comprehensive support to students who aspire to study in the UK. From course selection to visa processing, EduFly has successfully guided hundreds of students to achieve their study abroad goals.

We are now seeking two experienced Senior Education Counsellors with strong expertise in the UK market to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert counselling specifically for UK universities, courses, scholarships, and career opportunities.
  • Guide students through the full admission and visa process: application forms, CAS, bank statements, TB tests, IHS, visa filing, and pre-departure guidance.
  • Stay updated with UKVI rules, immigration requirements, and compliance for international students.
  • Conduct student assessments and recommend the most suitable UK universities and programs.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with UK university representatives.
  • Support students with mock interviews and Pre-CAS preparations.
  • Mentor and guide junior counsellors where needed.
  • Meet and exceed monthly student recruitment targets for the UK market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Education, Business, Communication, or related field).
  • Minimum 2–3 years proven experience counselling students for the UK market.
  • Strong knowledge of UK university admission procedures, scholarships, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
