About the Role

AHOY is on a mission to revolutionize the user experience in our innovative product offerings. We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting impactful digital experiences that captivate users while meeting business objectives.

As a Product Designer at AHOY, you will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and marketing teams, to deliver intuitive designs that elevate our products. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for user-centered design, and the ability to think critically about complex problems, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts.
  • Conduct user testing and research to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across products.
  • Communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and provide design guidance throughout the product development process.
Requirements
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Interaction Design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and your design process.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with responsive design for mobile and web platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong communication skills to present and articulate design ideas clearly.
