We are a
rapidly growing digital marketing agency
providing services internationally. To support our expanding client base, we are hiring an
on-site CMS Developer
with strong skills in WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and Squarespace, along with a solid understanding of
Core Web Vitals
and modern UI/UX.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain websites on
    WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and Squarespace
  • Improve
    Core Web Vitals
    (LCP, CLS, INP) and overall page performance
  • Create responsive, visually clean, and conversion-focused designs
  • Customize themes, templates, and CMS builders
  • Ensure mobile-first layouts and optimized user experience
  • Work closely with the in-house SEO & design teams
  • Troubleshoot issues and deliver clean, optimized builds

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of CMS development experience
  • Strong hands-on skills with
    WordPress, Shopify, Webflow & Squarespace
  • Good UI/UX and design sense
  • Strong knowledge of
    Core Web Vitals & speed optimization
  • Experience with page builders (Elementor, Divi, Webflow Designer, etc.)
  • Basic–intermediate HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills
  • Ability to work on-site and manage tasks professionally
