Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented female freshers to join our retail team as Sales Associates. This role is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in retail, offering opportunities to develop sales, communication, and customer service skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend products to meet their requirements.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only with own Laptop
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, polite, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexible to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed.
  • No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of fashion trends or retail products (optional).
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
