We're looking for a passionate IT Intern to join our dynamic team and gain real world experience with process mapping, data analysis, and documentation.

Location: DHA Phase 08, Karachi

Duration: 2 months

Key Responsibilities:

Map and model process diagrams in ARIS (BPMN, and organizational models).

Maintain and update project trackers to monitor progress.

Document meeting discussions and decisions accurately.

Monitor ongoing tasks and ensure timely follow ups with relevant stakeholders.

Prepare, maintain, and organize process documentation.

Support with Excel based data management (data cleaning, updates, reporting inputs).

Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and ensure accuracy in documentation.

Assist in creating and updating dashboards for reporting to stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Interest in Business Process Modeling (BPM) and tools such as ARIS

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data management)

Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail

Familiarity with dashboards (Power BI/Excel) will be an advantage
