Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Technician located in Faisalabad. The IT Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing technical support, and training users on IT systems. Additionally, the IT Technician will offer exceptional customer service to ensure all IT-related needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications

- Experience in Information Technology
- Customer Service skills
- Ability to train users on IT systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
