In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and overall quality of our software products through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects and performance issues.
  • Collaborate closely with development, product, and support teams to understand requirements and deliverables.
  • Report, track, and verify defects and ensure their resolution.
  • Analyze testing outcomes to provide actionable insights and continuous improvement suggestions.
  • Contribute to improving QA processes and best practices within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience with software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
