Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator with strong Quality Assurance (QA) expertise to join our growing team at Eazisols. This role involves coordinating projects, ensuring smooth communication among teams, validating project deliverables, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client and internal project requirements clearly and translate them into actionable tasks for relevant teams.
  • Coordinate between design, development, and QA teams to ensure effective execution of project plans.
  • Assign tasks to team members based on project priorities and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Audit and validate project deliverables before final submission to ensure they meet scope, functionality, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including timelines, progress reports, and task tracking.
  • Conduct QA reviews on completed modules to identify and report bugs, issues, and inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Communicate project updates, blockers, and timelines with stakeholders and management.
  • Assist in preparing project reports and maintaining records of client feedback and revisions.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps in processes and suggesting workflow optimizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (education secondary to experience).
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in Project Coordination and Quality Assurance.
  • Strong skills in requirements understanding, task assignment, and project validation.
  • Hands-on experience in manual testing, QA documentation, and validation of web or SaaS-based products.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
