About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Writer
to support us in drafting high-quality professional documents including
Cover Letters, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Motivation Letters, Personal Statements, and other formal content
for students and professionals.

This is a
hybrid role
ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with strong writing skills and a passion for academic/professional content development.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and edit:

• Statements of Purpose (SOPs)
• Motivation & Personal Statements
• Cover Letters
• Reference/Recommendation Letters
• Professional bios and profiles
• Gather relevant information from clients/students and create tailored content
• Research universities, programs, and job requirements as needed
• Proofread and refine documents for tone, clarity, grammar, and structure
• Collaborate with the admissions/consulting team to meet client needs
• Ensure originality, quality, and document consistency

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong written and verbal English

Excellent grammar and sentence structuring

Formal/academic writing ability (or strong interest in it)

Research and analytical thinking

Attention to detail and creativity in storytelling

Time management and ability to meet deadlines

Proficiency in MS Word/Google Docs

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Social Sciences, Education, Linguistics, Business, or a relevant field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Internship or experience in content writing, academic writing, or editing
• Understanding of study abroad or admissions processes

Hiring Process

Task Details:

You will be provided with a student/applicant profile
and the name of a
specific university or college
. Your task will be to
write a Motivation Letter tailored to that profile and institution
.

This assignment will help us assess:

• Clarity and coherence
• Ability to personalize content
• Grammar and language proficience
