Job Description:

SocialBu is looking for an SEO Outreach Expert to manage all SEO activities, especially content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase organic traffic.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research and generate content ideas that attract high-authority backlinks.
  • Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Execute link-building outreach campaigns, including guest posting and PR link outreach.
  • Create compelling email templates and negotiate for backlink acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the content team for guest post topic ideation.
  • Identify new link opportunities using advanced search techniques.
  • Monitor and report on link-building activities and outcomes.
  • Analyze competitors' backlink profiles and develop strategies to outrank them.
  • Daily manage backlinks, addressing any invalid or low-quality links.
  • Implement safe link acquisition methods to prevent search engine penalties.
  • Regularly assess link-building effectiveness, including growth, indexing, ranking, and traffic impact, providing data-driven suggestions.
  • Stay informed on algorithm updates and industry trends to continuously refine link-building strategies.
  • Analyze and report on overall website performance and analytics.

Key Requirements:

  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems.
  • Recent hands-on experience, especially in Keyword research and Gap Analysis, includes SEO content strategy and link-building strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for successful outreach and effective client communication.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience. (Internship experience does not fulfill this requirement)
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and
    experience with Google Analytics, along with other website optimization tools such as Google Trends, Screaming Frog, SEMRUSH, MOZ, and AHREFS.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently with a structured and disciplined approach - we aim for the highest quality the first time and every time, not "hacking".
