Data Analyst will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making by managing reporting, analytics, and insights for the digital lending business. The role requires developing a deep understanding of customer journeys, lending products, portfolio performance, and risk dynamics to support business growth, enhance customer experience, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the digital lending business model, customer lifecycle, and product suite (e.g., microloans, BNPL, and cash-based loans).
  • Manage and automate performance reporting for the digital lending portfolio, including disbursements, repayments, delinquencies, NPL ratios, and portfolio health metrics.
  • Build dashboards and regular MIS for business and product teams, ensuring accuracy and consistency of KPIs across stakeholders.
  • Support ad-hoc analyses to address business questions around customer acquisition, approval rates, credit risk, drop-offs, and collections performance.
  • Assist in creating customer 360° views by aggregating data across origination, servicing, repayment, and behavioral data sources.
  • Collaborate with the technology and data engineering teams to ensure alignment of data pipelines, governance, and data quality.
  • Leverage external and internal analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Appsflyer, BigQuery, SQL, Python/R) to generate insights into customer behavior, lending funnel performance, and portfolio risks.
  • Provide consumer and portfolio insights to influence business strategy, credit policy, product enhancements, and regulatory reporting.
