We are seeking a creative and results driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our brand's presence across social media platforms, creating engaging content and designing eye catching visuals using Canva. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands on execution with a focus on growing engagement followers and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and grow brand presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  • Create, schedule and publish engaging posts, stories and ads.
  • Design professional and attractive social media graphics, banners, and marketing materials using Canva.
  • Monitor analytics and generate performance reports to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and feedback.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools.
  • Proficiency in Canva and related editing tools (designing posts, banners, presentations, etc.).
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creativity, attention to detail and a quick learner mindset.
  • Experience with paid ads (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn) is a plus not mandatory.
