About the Role

We're looking for a talented and passionate Video Editor to join our creative team If you live and breathe visual storytelling, can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping videos, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit raw footage into polished, broadcast-quality TVCs and digital-first content (DVCs, teasers, and social cut-downs).
  • Apply strong visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm to amplify brand messaging.
  • Sync visuals with sound design, VO, and music for emotional impact.
  • Perform basic color correction and sound balancing to maintain consistent quality.

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Creative Director to execute and enhance video concepts.
  • Suggest creative ideas, edit styles, and visual treatments that elevate storytelling.
  • Adapt edits for multiple platforms (TV, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

Technical Execution

  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain organized file structures, version control, and project timelines.
  • Stay up to date with the latest editing trends, visual effects, and digital ad styles.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in TVC/DVC editing or post-production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic DaVinci Resolve or other color grading tools.
  • Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and music synchronization.
  • Understanding of advertising principles and audience engagement psychology.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining creative integrity.
