We are seeking a Data Extractor to join our operations team, responsible for handling high-volume data processing, extraction, and validation across multiple client projects.

Role Overview

The Data Extractor will be responsible for accurately retrieving and processing data from multiple sources (databases, documents, client systems, portals, and online platforms) and preparing it for reporting, analysis, and client delivery. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to process guidelines, and the ability to work with speed and accuracy in a BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Extract and capture data from various digital and document-based sources.

● Process and validate large volumes of data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

● Maintain data logs and prepare structured reports for internal and client use.

● Follow established SOPs, compliance rules, and client-specific data handling protocols.

● Identify data discrepancies, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution.

● Support automation initiatives (using scripts/tools) to streamline repetitive tasks.

● Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to meet SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills

● Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or data extraction in a BPO/KPO environment.

● Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.

● Knowledge of SQL, Python, or automation tools.

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

● Ability to manage repetitive tasks with efficiency and minimal errors.

● Good communication skills (written and verbal).

● Ability to work in a team as well as independently in a fast-paced setting.

Education & Experience

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred).

● 1–2 years of experience in a BPO data processing or extraction role.
