About the Role

Code Khalaq is looking for a skilled
DevOps Engineer
to help design, automate, and maintain our growing cloud infrastructure. You'll be part of a collaborative engineering team that values clean automation, fast delivery pipelines, and reliable systems. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern cloud stacks, optimize CI/CD workflows, and contribute directly to the scalability of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable
    AWS infrastructure
    (ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, EC2, Load Balancer, NAT Gateway, VPC, IAM, Secrets Manager, Parameter Store)
  • Develop and manage
    CI/CD pipelines
    using
    GitHub Actions
    and automation best practices
  • Configure and maintain
    Docker-based
    environments for development and production
  • Monitor and optimize system
    performance, uptime, and cost efficiency
    to ensure smooth operations
  • Implement and maintain
    infrastructure security
    and configuration automation
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance deployment efficiency and system reliability
  • Document infrastructure processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum
    2 years of hands-on experience
    in
    DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering
  • Proficient in
    AWS
    (ECS, EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, IAM, VPC) and
    container orchestration using Docker
  • Strong understanding of
    CI/CD pipelines
    (GitHub Actions or similar) and
    automation workflows
  • Familiarity with
    Linux administration
    ,
    Bash/Python scripting
    , and
    network fundamentals
  • Experience implementing
    secure configuration and environment management
    (Secrets Manager, Parameter Store)
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple production environments
  • Must be able to work
    onsite
    at our Lahore office
