Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Generative AI Full Stack Developer based in Karachi. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of modern web applications. Daily responsibilities include writing, testing, and debugging code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the architecture of scalable and intelligent software systems. We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience in AI-based applications, particularly Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and Voice Agents (e.g., VAPI).

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of how AI works and be eager to develop production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in front-end development (HTML, CSS, ReactJS/NextJS).
  • Experience in back-end and full-stack development ).
  • Strong foundation in software development principles and best practices.
  • Experience working with AI applications, especially RAG pipelines.
  • Familiarity with voice agent technologies such as VAPI.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
