Solidswork trainer

We are looking for a certified and experienced SolidWorks Professional to fill the role of Technical Trainer & Application Engineer. The ideal candidate is not only an expert user of SolidWorks but also a proficient communicator who can effectively transfer their knowledge to others. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, enabling engineers and designers to achieve peak proficiency and certification in SolidWorks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective SolidWorks training curricula for users of varying skill levels (Beginner to Advanced).

· Provide expert guidance and support to trainees, helping them to master core concepts, advanced functionalities, and best practices.

· Prepare internal team members and external clients for SolidWorks certification exams (CSWA, CSWP, and beyond).

· Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, exercises, tutorials, and documentation.

· Provide professional-level application support, troubleshooting complex design and modeling challenges.

· Stay current with the latest SolidWorks software releases, features, and industry trends to ensure training content is up-to-date.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

· Mandatory Certifications:

· Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA)

· Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP)

· Professional Experience:

· Proven, professional work experience using SolidWorks in a demanding engineering or product design environment.

· A demonstrable portfolio of complex models and assemblies is a significant advantage.

· Language Skills:

· Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

· The ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and understandable manner is essential.

· Personal Attributes:

· A passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing the skills of others.

· Patient, articulate, and an engaging presenter.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous):

· Additional SolidWorks professional certifications (e.g., CSWE, CSWP-Specialties).

· Prior experience in a technical training or teaching role.

· Experience with SolidWorks PDM/PLM systems.

· Knowledge of simulation, flow simulation, or rendering within the SolidWorks ecosystem.
