Role Overview

Sparklex Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Motion Graphics & Video Marketing Specialist to lead video content creation for our clients' brands. This role goes beyond editing — you will be responsible for visual storytelling, trend-driven video marketing, and producing scroll-stopping content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content, reels, TikToks, brand promos, and ads for multiple brands.
  • Create motion graphics, animations, typography effects, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Content Lead and Design Team to transform campaign ideas into powerful video executions.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, viral content styles, and global editing techniques to keep content fresh.
  • Manage end-to-end video production workflows including raw footage management, editing, sound design, and final publishing.
  • Ensure ultra-HD quality, color grading, and smooth cinematic transitions that reflect brand identity.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios (Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.).
  • Contribute creative ideas to campaigns that drive engagement, followers, and sales conversions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Film/Media Studies, Animation, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, or digital marketing agencies.
  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, capcut, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of sound mixing, color correction, and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Ability to create both fast-paced social media edits and cinematic brand videos.
  • Solid portfolio showcasing viral reels, brand campaigns, and motion graphics projects.
