Job Description:
Operation and maintenance experience of MEP system of commercial building .
Hands on experience of electrical and electronics works , Design maintenance strategies, procedure and methods, and develope documents according to preventive, breakdown.
Carry out routine maintenance work and quickly responds to Equipment's Faults.
Good knowledge of MEP system operation and maintenance , HVAC Compressors Fire Alarms and controlling.
Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment's and also develop inventory of technical equipment lists.
Monitor and control maintenance cost, energy cost and improve health and safety policies in surrounding areas.
Report to BUH and Head of technical on daily basis and high light major issues
