Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in daily operations, coordinate with clients, manage documentation, and ensure smooth execution of sales processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication to assist the team in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the sales team with day-to-day activities.
- Handle incoming inquiries and maintain strong communication with clients.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and required documentation.
- Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly.
- Assist with sales reports, performance tracking, and forecasting.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and pending tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, Finance) for smooth service delivery.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Support sales campaigns, events, and promotional activities when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative/support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthcare or service-based industries.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
