Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive at PTCL, located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, leading teams, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring efficient business processes. The Executive will also oversee performance metrics, manage budgets, and contribute to overall company growth and success.
Qualifications
- Leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills
- Experience in developing and implementing business strategies
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Financial acumen and budget management experience
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience in the telecom or ICT industry is a plus
