Key Responsibilities

As a
Full Stack Developer and Team Lead
, you will:

Backend Development & Architecture

  • Design, develop, and optimize scalable business logic layers.
  • Build and maintain robust Web APIs for secure and efficient communication.
  • Create and manage efficient database structures ensuring security, integrity, and high performance.

Frontend Development

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
  • Guide the team in adopting best practices for clean, maintainable frontend code.

Integration & Enhancements

  • Lead efforts to integrate third-party APIs and external services.
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability across platforms.

Team Leadership

  • Mentor junior developers and oversee code quality through reviews.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on project milestones.
  • Promote best practices, agile methodologies, and collaborative problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a
    Full Stack .NET Framework Developer
    with leadership exposure.
  • Strong backend expertise in
    C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and database design/optimization
    .
  • Solid frontend skills with
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and frameworks)
    .
  • Experience in third-party API integration and system scalability.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and architectural design skills.
  • Familiarity with agile practices, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on full stack development experience.
  • Ability to guide and inspire a team toward technical excellence.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
