Principal Software Engineer

  • Create project architectures, must have a deep understanding of how to design software solutions that meet specific requirements and scale effectively.
  • Proven track record of managing teams. This includes coordinating efforts, delegating tasks, and ensuring that everyone works together efficiently to meet project goals.
  • Understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. This ensures that all stakeholders, from developers to executives, can fully comprehend and support the project's direction.
  • Complete software development lifecycle. This includes defining requirements, designing architecture, implementing the backend, designing the database, and creating responsive frontend interfaces.
  • Must be well-versed in managing server-side deployments, including the setup of multiple staging environments. This guarantees a smooth and controlled release of the project.
  • Must have a strong focus on quality assurance and testing. Must know how to implement rigorous testing methodologies to identify and address issues early, ensuring a reliable and bug-free final product.

Must have skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS, Vue.JS, Node.JS, PHP, PostgreSQL
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
