We are looking for a Data Entry Operator with strong command of MS Excel and good understanding of garment manufacturing / fabrication data handling. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, accurate, and capable of managing production and operational data efficiently through software and Excel-based reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and manage production, fabrication, and inventory data in ERP/software systems.
  • Prepare and update Excel reports (advanced functions: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting).
  • Verify accuracy of entries with physical records and departmental reports.
  • Support managers with timely MIS and production reports.
  • Coordinate with fabrication and production teams to ensure smooth data flow.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate / Bachelor's degree (preferred in Commerce, Computer Science, or related).
  • 2–3 years' experience in data entry (preferably in manufacturing or garments sector).
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel (must be proficient in advanced functions).
  • Exposure to garment/fabrication processes will be an added advantage.
  • Fast and accurate typing speed with keen attention to detail.
