Eligibility Criteria:
BSc/MSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering۔
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in hatchery/plant operations۔
Strong leadership and process management skills۔
Knowledge of hatchery machinery, boilers, HVAC systems, and biosecurity protocols۔
