Role Description: We are seeking a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant for our office. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial tasks, including maintaining petty cash, calculating and processing payroll and payroll taxes, filing income tax, bookkeeping, maintaining running balances, and other related duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain petty cash funds
  • Calculate and process payroll and payroll taxes
  • File income tax returns and manage tax-related documentation
  • Perform accurate bookkeeping and maintain financial records
  • Monitor and maintain running balances for various accounts
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong skills in Financial Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
  • Knowledge of budgeting, taxation, and financial forecasting
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting is required

Work Schedule: This is an office-based role, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
