Role Overview

As an experienced Graphic Designer at Wicked Digital, you'll be the creative force behind our logo development, website visuals, social media campaigns, pitch decks, and animations. You will also be responsible for managing and delivering creative requests for both Wicked Digital and our clients, crafting cohesive and engaging designs that align with each brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple design projects effectively, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Ensure all visual assets align with and strengthen both Wicked Digital's and client brand identities.
• Work closely with internal teams and clients, integrating feedback into refined design solutions.
• Create motion assets and animated elements (e.g., GIFs, simple animations) to elevate brand storytelling across digital channels.
• Design polished, visually compelling presentation layouts that support business development and client-facing efforts.
• Produce engaging graphics and templates tailored for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, ensuring consistent visual identity.
• Design visually appealing website features, UI elements, and digital assets that enhance user experience and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Conceptualise and create impactful logos and brand assets that communicate brand stories consistently across platforms.
• Take ownership of all creative requests for Wicked Digital and its clients, from initial concept to final delivery.
• Design visually appealing website features, UI elements, and digital assets that enhance user experience and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Design polished, visually compelling presentation layouts that support our business development and client-facing efforts.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams, and translate feedback into refined design solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects effectively, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential

• Minimum of  5 years in graphic design, particularly in branding, web graphics, social media, presentations, and motion design.
• A diverse, high-quality portfolio showcasing logos, website visuals, social media campaigns, pitch decks, and animations.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva or equivalent design tools.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Meticulous approach to design execution and production quality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to present ideas, incorporate feedback, and liaise with various teams.
• Comfortable evolving with design trends, tools, and brand direction changes.

Desirable

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• Video editing experience (FCP preferred, although other editing suites are acceptable)
