Role Description

This is a full-time on-site opportunity located in Lahore District, where The Dreamial Marketing Agency is hiring for two separate positions: SEO Intern and Website Development Intern. The SEO Intern will focus on keyword research, SEO audits, link building, web analytics, and implementing on-page SEO strategies, including monitoring website performance, optimizing content, and collaborating with the marketing team. The Website Development Intern, on the other hand, will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining websites by writing clean code, testing functionality, troubleshooting issues, and working with the design and marketing teams to deliver user-friendly web solutions.



FOR SEO Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities.
  • Assist in on-page optimisation (meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking).
  • Support content creation with SEO-friendly strategies.
  • Monitor and report website traffic and ranking changes using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console.
  • Research SEO trends and competitor strategies.
  • Assist in building high-quality backlinks.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools (a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.


FOR WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive web pages.
  • Support in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving website issues.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Contribute to integrating APIs, plugins, and third-party tools.
  • Stay updated with modern web development trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap, React, or WordPress (a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
