We require Technologist - Hematology

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze laboratory findings, including hematological analysis of blood and body fluids (CSF and special hematology tests).
  • Calibrate and operate all instruments in the Hematology Lab.
  • Run quality controls on a daily basis, review LJ plots, run EQA, and interpret results.
  • Inform all abnormal results to the concerned doctor/consultant/staff and ensure proper storage of such samples.
  • Issue reports, reject or repeat tests as required based on SOPs.
  • Perform daily consumption of inventory and maintain stock of kits, consumables, and data.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly maintenance of analyzers and coordinate with suppliers' Biomedical Engineers in case of errors.

Job Requirements:

  • Qualification: BS-MLT in related field.
  • Experience: 02-03 years as Technologist - Hematology (Required)
  • Job Shift: Rotational (Morning, Evening & Night)
  • Location: Korangi Crossing, Karachi
  • Job Type: Full-time
