About the Role

We are developing a next-generation
multi-tenant SaaS CRM platform
designed to unify
lead management, omni-channel communication, analytics, and automation
for call centers and sales-driven organizations.

As a
Frontend Developer
, you will take end-to-end ownership of the
UI/UX layer
, focusing on
clean interfaces, modular architecture, performance optimization
, and
seamless integration
with backend data systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a highly intuitive and efficient user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain
  frontend modules
  including Authentication, Dashboard, Contacts, Pipelines, and Communication Hub.
• Build and optimize responsive
  14 (App Router)
  components using
  React 18
  and
  TypeScript
  .
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate
  RESTful APIs
  and dynamic data flows built on
  Prisma + PostgreSQL
  .
• Implement clean, consistent
  UI systems
  leveraging
  ShadCN UI
  ,
  Tailwind CSS
  , and
  Zustand
  for state management.
• Ensure
  cross-browser compatibility
  ,
  mobile responsiveness
  , and compliance with
  WCAG accessibility standards
  .
• Develop
  reusable and scalable UI components
  , contributing to the company's
  design system
  .
• Integrate
  
  for OAuth and Email/Password authentication flows.
• Establish robust testing workflows using
  React Testing Library
  and
  Cypress
  for E2E validation.
• Participate in
  code reviews
  ,
  sprint planning
  , and
  UI/UX handoff
  sessions with the design team.
• Continuously optimize frontend performance for
  Core Web Vitals
  ,
  SEO
  , and
  user engagement metrics
  .

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years
  of professional experience in modern frontend development.
• Proficient in
  React 18
  ,
  13/14 (App Router)
  , and
  TypeScript
  .
• Strong understanding of
  frontend architecture
  and
  state management
  (Zustand, Redux, or Context API).
• Proven experience in
  responsive design
  ,
  component-based systems
  , and
  cross-device compatibility
  .
• Expertise in
  API integration
  and
  asynchronous data handling
  (fetch, SWR, React Query).
• Skilled in
  Tailwind CSS
  and modern UI frameworks (preferably
  ShadCN UI
  ).
• Familiar with
  Git workflows
  ,
  CI/CD pipelines
  (e.g., GitHub Actions), and code versioning best practices.
• Hands-on experience with
  unit and integration testing
  (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Ability to translate
  Figma designs
  into pixel-perfect, production-ready components.
• Knowledge of
  frontend security

  code splitting

  performance optimization
  techniques.
