Position Title: Regulatory & Compliance Executive

Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi

Shift Timings: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PKT

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Full Time and Onsite

Position Overview:

The Regulatory & Compliance Executive will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, monitoring, and documentation of compliance programs to ensure the organization meets all industry regulations and standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring adherence to local, regional, and international regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Participate in compliance audits and risk assessments.
  • Prepare drafts of regulatory reports for submission to relevant authorities.
  • Maintain accurate, updated documentation of compliance activities.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting compliance metrics and potential issues.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong skills may also be considered).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to document, proofread, and maintain compliance records.
  • Willingness to communicate with clients in the United States.
  • Knowledge of U.S. regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, will be considered a strong plus.
