Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend evaluation for app store optimization.
  • Optimize app store metadata (titles, subtitles, descriptions, keyword fields, etc.) to boost visibility and downloads.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create and test high-performing store creatives (icons, screenshots, videos).
  • Monitor app store rankings, conversion rates, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Execute A/B tests on store assets and analyze performance to improve user acquisition.
  • Track and report ASO performance using tools like Sensor Tower, AppTweak, App Annie, or Mobile Action.
  • Stay current with app store algorithm updates, platform guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with product, UA, and data teams to align ASO strategy with broader marketing and product goals.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in ASO, ideally within the mobile gaming industry.
  • Deep understanding of app store ecosystems (Google Play & iOS App Store).
  • Proficiency in ASO tools (e.g., AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, App Annie).
  • Experience with A/B testing tools such as Storemaven or SplitMetrics.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with app analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Passion for mobile gaming and understanding of the mobile game player lifecycle.
