Job Purpose:

• This position demand to Managing the HSSE related affairs of CMPak related to CSC, Regional Office, MWG site and extending support to HSSE team. Responsible for implementing and supervising & assuring the Health, Safety and Security plans & procedures and will report to AM Manager HSSE. Responsible to all HSSE reporting, presentations, payments etc

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and HSSE assessments to support safety and security management of employees and facilities.
• Support in ensuring that all HSSE policies & procedures are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
• Adhering to payment timelines with all monthly HSSE related and Security Others ARNs on time. Tax reconciliation and co-ordination with tax team. Invoice processing with record keeping and budget management
• Co-ordination and support in ensuring projects adhere to timelines and are completed with required quality. BPA utilization reports for contracts with other support in documentation and technical evaluation
• Monthly CEO reports including incident, expat affairs, awareness, security arrangements, travel advisories and HSSE related data. Record keeping of equipment reports in a presentable format. Strategy related information. Support in other management related tasks as and when required
• Monitoring of security staff, presence at sites and attendance management as per SLA of the Security Company
• Ensuring gate pass approval and management
• Ensure timely incident reporting, investigations with respect to HSSE
• Monitoring of CCTV System and ensure error less system functionality
• Implementation of fire, safety and other emergency response plans with respect to HSSE as per CMPak compliance
• Coordination and strong follow up with Security Company & vendors of Fire Alarm System, Burglar Alarm System and CCTV Systems
• Drafting General Advisories, guidelines via email & sms i.e., for Travelling, Weather Conditions and Events for threats, safety & precautionary measures
• Conducting of Fire drills, Safety trainings & Awareness Sessions for CMPak Staff
• Liaison with Government Security official as per requirement
• Conduct and supervise HSSE Inspections and Risk Assessments of CMPak facilities and reporting
• Round the clock functionality of all the security and safety equipment and timely reporting of any non functionality/ error in system
• Planning, management, monitoring of installation and operationalization of the projects-HSSE related with respect to PO's and closing of the payment
• Responsible for management of HSSE related IT systems by resolving issues, formulating new product
• Ensuring HSSE operations and tasks are aligned with locked strategic targets and KPI. papers and co-ordination with relevant DT teams.
• Analysis and Reporting of risk assessment activities to ensure a closed-loop approach to risk identification, management and mitigation
• Formulating of any policies/procedures as per requirement

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

• Masters Degree
• Degree in Environmental or Engineering field is preferable

Work Experience:

• 3 to 5 yrs
• Security, Safety, Crisis Management & first aid trainings Certifications
