iTack Solutions is a global HealthTech company delivering ERP and software solutions to hospitals and healthcare organizations. We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor to create visually compelling designs and engaging video content for our brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate is both creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate concepts into impactful visual stories that support marketing, branding, and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital assets such as social media posts, banners, brochures, infographics, presentations, and web graphics.
  • Create branding materials (logos, layouts, templates) ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Edit and produce videos including product explainers, promotional campaigns, social media reels, tutorials, and storytelling content.
  • Enhance videos with motion graphics, transitions, captions, and sound effects.
  • Optimize video and design formats for different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaign concepts.
  • Support the development of content calendars with visuals and video content.
  • Translate campaign briefs into compelling visuals and videos that drive engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest design, video, and digital marketing trends.
  • Maintain an organized library of creative assets for reuse and efficiency.
  • Edit YouTube videos, podcasts, music videos, Instagram reels, and Facebook reels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Media, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and digital marketing content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
