IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Ensure organizational compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations while fostering a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance, delivering training programs, and promoting a proactive safety culture across the organization.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Develop, review, and implement HSE procedures and instructions at the zonal level in close coordination with the central HSE team.
  • Conduct Safety Observation Tours (SOTs), audits, and risk assessments across corporate offices, network sites, and sales locations.
  • Monitor and follow up on assigned corrective actions through inspection and investigation trackers in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate zonal-level awareness sessions, webinars, toolbox talks, and training programs for both management and frontline staff.
  • Prepare updates for HSE Steering Committee meetings and ensure HSE performance dashboards and KPIs are readily available for management review.

Qualification

  • Bachelors in Engineering is required.
