We're hiring an
onsite UI/UX Designer
to design intuitive, engaging, and data-driven user experiences for our Learning Management System (LMS) and landing pages.

Key Responsibilities


• Design LMS dashboards, course pages, and landing pages focused on clarity and engagement.


• Conduct user research, usability tests, and journey mapping for students, teachers, and admins.


• Create wireframes, prototypes, and responsive layouts in Figma with strong visual hierarchy.


• Maintain and expand the design system for consistency across all modules.


• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure smooth implementation.


• Use analytics and feedback to refine UX and improve conversion and retention.

Requirements


• Expert in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping).


• Strong understanding of UX psychology and accessibility (WCAG).


• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or similar platforms.


• Solid grasp of color, typography, layout, and responsive design.

Preferred


• Knowledge of motion design and UX writing.


• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and analytics tools.
