About the Role:

Prepac Engineering is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. You

will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC machine programs to produce high-quality parts

efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and edit CNC programs for milling, turning, and other machining operations.

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

  • Select tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining.

  • Work closely with machinists to ensure proper setup and smooth operation.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve programming or machining issues.

  • Maintain program records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of CNC programming experience.

  • Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360).

  • Understanding of G-code, M-code, and machining processes.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
