The Affiliate Account Officer at Connected HE is responsible for managing and supporting our network of agents in the
recruitment and admission of students to our partner universities. The role requires strong communication, organizational
skills, and a deep understanding of Connected HE partner university products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage relationships with assigned agents.
• Provide ongoing support to agents in assessing student profiles.
• Train agents and their teams on Connected HE partner university products and services.
• Assist agents in successfully recruiting students by guiding them through the admissions process to Connected HE
partner universities. Provide expert advice to agents on student profile assessment and admissions strategy.
• Conduct due diligence and compliance checks on agents and their students' profiles to ensure adherence to
Connected HE standards.
• Maintain and monitor quality assurance practices across agent activities.
• Develop and deliver training programs to improve agents' knowledge of Connected HE partner university
products and admissions processes.
• Keep agents updated on new products, policies, and industry trends.
• Write and distribute newsletters and product updates to keep agents informed.
• Follow up with connected HE partner university admissions and recruitment teams for updates on student
applications and admissions status.
• Provide continuous support to agents to maximise student conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the agents to identify challenges and develop strategies for student recruitment success.
• Organise and manage tasks to achieve targets set by management.
• Track and report on the performance of agents against set goals.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of one experience in account management, affiliate marketing, or a related role, preferably in the
education sector.
Preferred Skills:
• Strong product knowledge and ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple agents and student profiles.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in international student recruitment or higher education.
• Familiarity with CRM software and data management tools
