Job Title: Assistant Manager - Sales
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager - Sales to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
Actively engage in selling properties by offering tailored solutions to clients.
Identify potential clients and develop relationships through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct market research to understand property trends and customer needs.
Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing deals.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding property details, pricing, and market insights.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Assist in training and mentoring junior sales associates.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client details, and property data.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a in related field.5-7 years of experience in real estate sales (residential projects) .
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
In-depth knowledge of real estate trends and current market updates.
Experience in handling high-value property deals.
Excellent interpersonal and selling skills.
