Packing Girls

General Responsibilities (Both Sections):

• Perform primary and secondary packing of tablets, capsules, syrups, ointments, and other dosage forms.
• Ensure correct labeling, batch coding, and sealing of products.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of packing area and equipment.
• Count, sort, and arrange products in designated packing materials (blisters, bottles, sachets, cartons).
• Check for product quality (damages, misprints, leakages) before packing.
• Report any deviation, defect, or discrepancy to the supervisor.
• Record daily packing data (quantity packed, wastage, rejects).
• Assist in maintaining stock of packing materials.
• Follow company's health, safety, and hygiene rules.

Specific to Optical Section:

• Handle products requiring extra care in visual inspection and quality assurance.
• Identify and segregate defective products through manual/optical inspection.
• Operate and monitor optical inspection machines as guided by supervisors.
• Ensure 100% compliance with visual inspection standards.
