Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in game design or a related field.
  • Solid mathematical skills to support system design, game balancing, economy tuning, and progression logic.
  • Strong understanding of
    game systems, mechanics, player behavior
    , and engagement strategies.
  • Experience designing games from
    concept to prototype or final product
    .
  • Familiarity with design and documentation tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, Figma, Miro, Google Docs).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
