Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative and product teams to
conceptualize original game ideas
and mechanics. - Design and document
gameplay systems, level flow, user interactions, and narrative elements

- Iterate on feedback

creating content calendars

Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience in game design or a related field.
- Solid mathematical skills to support system design, game balancing, economy tuning, and progression logic.
- Strong understanding of
game systems, mechanics, player behavior
, and engagement strategies. - Experience designing games from
concept to prototype or final product
. - Familiarity with design and documentation tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, Figma, Miro, Google Docs).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- A
portfolio or demo
showcasing your design work, thought process, or prototypes.
