About KITCC:

KITCC is a leading light in Pakistan's non-profit healthcare sector. We provide free lifelong care including blood transfusions, medicines, and treatment to over 1,000 children with thalassaemia major. But our work goes beyond the clinic; we are advocates, educators, and dreamers, tirelessly campaigning for awareness and prevention.

Your Role: More Than a Job Title

As our Creative Writer & Host, you will be the guardian of our stories and the ambassador of our voice. You will have a dual role where your writing moves people to tears and your presence moves them to action.

You Will Craft Our Narrative (Writing Responsibilities):

· Become a Voice for the Voiceless: Write powerful, empathetic patient stories and blogs that capture the courage of our children and families, turning their journeys into a catalyst for support.

· Drive Digital Engagement: Create compelling, SEO-optimized content from social media campaigns and fundraising appeals to newsletters and press releases that expands our reach and impact.

· Script the Movement: Develop inspiring scripts for our video documentaries, awareness programs, and digital campaigns that educate and mobilize the nation.

· Shape Our Message: Proofread, edit, and refine all content to ensure it meets the highest standards of clarity, compassion, and excellence.

You Will Be Our Face and Voice (Hosting Responsibilities):

· Lead the Conversation: Host and moderate our awareness talk shows, interviews, and panel discussions, engaging experts, donors, and families with warmth and intelligence.

· Represent a Movement: Be the charismatic face of KITCC at fundraisers, community events, and celebrations, connecting effortlessly with children, parents, and partners.

· Star in Our Campaigns: Appear in our digital and video content, using your on-camera presence to deliver messages of hope and urgency with authentic energy and empathy.

Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a passionate individual who sees this not as a job, but as a calling. You might be the perfect fit if you have:

· A degree in English, Media Sciences, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent proven experience).

· 1–3 years of experience in creative/content writing, SEO, and/or hosting/presenting. (We encourage fresh, passionate talent with a strong portfolio to apply).

· An exceptional command of both English and Urdu. The ability to connect hearts in both languages is key.

· A natural, confident presence whether on stage, on camera, or in a room full of people.

· The soul of a storyteller: someone with deep empathy, creativity, and the ability to find the powerful human angle in every story.

· A genuine passion for humanitarian work and a belief in the power of communication to drive social change.
