About Us

We are a growing TikTok Shop business looking for motivated partners to collaborate on Dropshipping and FBT (Fulfilled by TikTok) models. Our goal is to scale fast by leveraging trending products, strong marketing strategies, and TikTok's powerful e-commerce ecosystem.


Role Overview

We are seeking entrepreneurial individuals/teams who want to partner on a percentage basis. Instead of a fixed salary, you will earn commission from the sales you generate through TikTok Shop.

Model 1: Dropshipping (Product sourcing, order fulfillment, logistics handled by suppliers)

Model 2: FBT (Products stored in TikTok's warehouse for faster delivery and higher visibility)


Key Responsibilities

Source and list winning products for TikTok Shop

Manage product pricing, promotions, and descriptions

Run TikTok Ads / Affiliate campaigns to boost sales

Handle customer queries and ensure smooth operations

Collaborate on scaling strategies for revenue growth

What We're Looking For

Experience with TikTok Shop / E-commerce (preferred but not mandatory)

Compensation

Percentage-based commission on all successful sales (details to be discussed during interview).
