Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a keen eye for design, strong conceptual thinking, and a portfolio that showcases refined, premium-quality work. You will lead the creative design and execution of marketing materials, social media content, campaigns, and brand assets — ensuring all visuals reflect Aesthetics Lab's high-end identity and standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, advertisements, packaging, and digital creatives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and clinical teams to bring creative campaigns to life.
  • Design high-conversion landing pages, email templates, and engaging social media graphics.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee photo editing, retouching, and visual storytelling (including before/after images).
  • Provide art direction and mentor junior designers or manage freelance talent as needed.
  • Stay updated on design trends within the aesthetics, beauty, and luxury industries.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 5–6 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 4 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing premium branding and marketing design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry is highly desirable.
